ARI Roadside Assistance

• Technicians are available 24/7/365 @ 1-800-CAR-CARE.
• ARI will ensure driver safety and arrange a tow for the disabled vehicle to preferred or local vendor.
• For replacement transportation, please refer to your fleet manager.

When contacting ARI, please have the following details available:

• Client Code 5GU6 & Stanford University Vehicle Number (on front & back of vehicle),
• Current odometer reading,
• Vehicle location: city, state, street address & cross street,
• Name & cell phone number.

Safety Precautions:

• Location: If you or the vehicle are in an unsafe location such as a freeway or other fast-moving traffic, stay in the vehicle, turn on the emergency flashers & call 911 first.
• Leaking fluids: If gasoline, move safely away from the vehicle first & then call 911.
• If safe to do so, remain with the vehicle until service arrives.
